* GAP - 10:00 (6:24/mi), 9:59 (6:15/mi)... ran in my Salomons in snow and mud with a bandaged up calf. Felt strong, never fatiguing, only limited by the trail conditions. Very impressed at my second loop. Could have run 15:00 at this effort, capped it at 2500m due to my calf. Future will be 4000m. Hopefully on the trail to freedom.

6 miles with 15 min warm-up, 5 x 300m (r.1') + 5 x 600m (r.2') at UMBC in 40:00
* 56, 58, 57, 56, 56, 2:00, 1:56, 1:56, 1:57, 1:54... didn't feel great. Was more than likely yesterday's fall on ice. Just totally beat up (upper back, oblique, stomach). Ran the workout in the new Under Armour Speedform Apollo... did well. Just tight from the fall, calves held up, no real pain, very pleased with the effort and work in 28-degrees.

19.9 miles with reverse Signal Knob Summit and Shawl Gap with 4,569ft of gain in 3:10:57
* Climb up Tuscarora Trail was awesome, a great workout, constant climb, able to push, technical descent. Going down the MMT was disastrous. So many rocks, and not easy rocks. Worse than Rothrock to the point of not doing this again. Will stick to the Tuscarora. Totally blew up at 16.5 miles climbing back up Shawl Gap and then rallied towards the finish, but totally wasted on final climb. Epic run.
