AM: 1.5 miles easy, 4km steady-to-hard progression (4M+ in 25:45)
PM: 2 x (5 x 400m) in 70-68-67-67-68, 68-68-68-68-69 (rec. 1:30/5:00)
* Absolutely pleased. Still battled a tight right glute, felt a little awkward, but I focused on running as relaxed as Centrocity and was amazed at hitting 67's quite easily in windy conditions. Am feeling tremendously light and fit, but really need to commit to more volume on workouts and long runs.

6 miles recovery on the NCR Trail in 44:24
* Lesson learned. Yesterday I did not eat from 7AM to 3PM with two runs and that workout. Today, my muslces had nothing. That 30-min window is legit as this has happened before. Need to get better.

6 miles steady thru Patapsco State Valley Park in 42:31
* Just still have nothing in the legs. That treadmill workout absolutely destroyed me, just forced my muscles to work like they haven't in some time. Will opt to rest today in order to crank out a solid 2hr-3h30' tomorrow on the trails before the snow arrives.

22 miles steady thru Patapsco Valley State Park in 2:20:34
* Now that was a long run. I was booking from the start since I thought I still had tightness in my right quad, so I didn't want to brake on any downhills, and so I just let myself go. Was absolutely booking on parts of the trail and then I opted for some Mt. Washington and climbed Bonnie Branch and Beechwood, getting into some trouble on Beechwood and down Landing. Nailed my loop in 50-minute upon returning to the car, and opted to call it a day at 2h20' since I was running so well to preserve in case I get into Hashawa Hills next weekend. Don't want to leave my race on the trails.
