* Am starting to learn that this weekend's marathon may be quite rainy and windy, so I am planning on a tactical victory. If able, I will attempt to seriously attack the final 8K (currently my racing strength) of the course in order to separate myself from my competitors for the $1000. However, I will also be game for a 5:30 pace Marathon as well. Steep hills at 20 and 24 Miles, according to the Race Director, but 10+ MPH winds, according to weather.com.

* Of note, I am a candidate to be inducted into the Christopher Columbus Hall of Fame, alongside Brian Greise, Alonzo Highsmith, and Ed Lynch, among others. I will keep you posted. Also, here is a short video of my final 100M at Great American.
