* Great and not-s0-great week of training and racing. I started out great, but then by Thursday I no longer had the energy to run my workout, but I did so and it was actually a great workout and great improvement. However, by Friday and Saturday, I was depleting on my runs, which was not a good sign. Sure enough, come race day I was feeling better, but I completely crashed the last 2 miles of the 25K and that cost me the runner-up position or perhaps the win if I was more fit. Oh well, will continue to press on, as this was a solid mileage week of work.
