* Alright, am coming back into form... This morning's 1 hr steady state went phenomenal for the first 35-min, just absolutey cruising. Hit the wind and had some issues, but I really attacked the downhills, a la Sean Wade, on the Kemah Bridge that will pay off for Boston. Cranked it out well, tremendously smooth, still minor issues with my right glute/hip, but improving daily.
