* Great start to the week with this morning's 70' effort. I felt completely fluid and strong, did not have to stop once, which I attribute to my 25K long run yesterday morning that finished up so well. Feeling great, so now the only goal is to run around work and life interferences...

* Worst news possible: my Grandfather is on his deathbed. I will be in Miami indefinitely.

* Am returning today, Friday, to Houston, and am returning sick, tired, and a tad out of shape. However, all I need is my routine and environment and I will be back. Also, a solid long run on Sunday will go quite a way in boosting my confidence for Twin Cities.

* Week has sort've gone to crap, but it has been for the best. I would not have been able to handle the jump in mileage and this will put me at close to an 80M week before entering next week's challenge. I seem to handle the morning runs well, but that second run is complete disaster, muscularly. Will attempt a full week next week, although I am skeptical about the intensity...
