7 mile progression on the Greenway in 51:43
* avg. 7:19/mi... alright, good to get this in. I was a bit nervous with a wrecked left hamstring and such a big effort on Sunday, but I opted for a 7 mi progression with 20' easy, 15' medium, and 15' fast. I really rolled that last 15', although I was thinking of the wobble board for my left post-tib just to be sure. Ran in new SuperFeet and DS-Trainers today as well.

* avg. 7:25/mi... am finding my fatigued rhythm.. disappointed in my left post-tib. It's definitely acting up again, had to stop at 3 mi just to twitch it and then got going again, not fully confident. Started a series of 40" pushes every 3' and I felt really fluid and fast although I wasn't pushing it. Saving for tomorrow.

3 mi warm-up, 1200-1000-800-600-300m in 3:58, 3:12, 2:31, 1:49, 51.3 (rec. 2-3')
* Great workout. Was primed to run 4-3-2-1-30" fartlek and opted to change it up to a track workout to get more quality and get back to running fast. Didn't have any time goals in mind, just wanted to go by feel. Avg. 79, 76, 75, 72, 68/400m.. so a natural progression, getting faster and opening up as I went along. Great form. No breakdown.

6 mile regeneration on the Greenway in the rain in 46:39
* avg. 7:42/mi... just a recovery run before tomorrow's race. Legs feel great overall and I feel very fit. Right and left post-tibs were fired up from yesterday's workout, but I am confident it will subside. Poured the whole run. Really cool how I've become ambivalent to the rain.

Warm-Up, LUAU Trail 10K in 38:43 CR
* 268ft.. avg. 6:16/mi - 6:25, 6:28, 6:22, 6:18, 6:15, 5:54, 5:44/mi... great progression. I didn't trust the course on the second lap so got off course, but backtracked and got going again and saw there was a guy pretty close to me which made me freak a little, but I knew I was running so well. Thought about Mountain Champs and that I need to improve and show fitness. Really rallied the second lap. Super pleased with the effort. Hot, hot, hot. Great finish.

* avg. 8:15/mi... goal was 9 miles moderate with dreams of 12.. but man, I can't recover after races and just pleased I could get in the 3.. a little concern with right adductor, but otherwise very pleased with post-tibs, etc.
