* Hopefully getting more and more healthy in terms of allergies and viral infection day after day. However, I am starting to sense some deep trauma in my left quad, just some tightness from the hard efforts on the hills. Will try to curb the demise today in the gym, but may have to scale back. I will see how it reacts on Thursday, but obviously, today was complete recovery with a 42' jaunt on the loop.

* Alright, took a REST day on Thursday to continue my strengthening rehab to make sure I have this quad issue under control. I found the culprit- the final 400m or so of my last .9 miles, when I am running 5:30 pace, I hammer up a hill on a crown and then descend sharply before making a left into my cul-de-sac... that stress, day in and day out, is over-stressing my quad, so I am going to chill on the hammer home and alternate entrances on my runs to avoid that repetitive strain on the muscle group. Hope this solves it and not too much damage done, as it does not bother at all during runs, but I can just tell it can become an issue in time.
