* So, I continue to battle the most frustrating injury of my career - some major tendinitis in my right hip/gluteus medius that is causing a slew of issues, including the right quad/hip flexor problems. The problem because worse as intensity levels increase, and I really caused a problem by running my 30' tempo on Allen Parkway. Anyhow, will continue getting work done by Dr. Kevin Landry.
