* Ah, very happy with the training week, but not too happy with my 15K workout effort on Saturday. I just wasn't fluid enough, with my left calf giving me trouble, and so I had to stop 3-4 times to stretch, which will be unacceptable in the near future. Anyhow, I was only off 2-sec per km of my workout goal (3:31/km), so I will take it (30" total). I was the only guy to negative split from 10-15km. Anyway, I have a lot of work to do, but this week is a great start towards that goal.
