* Rough week. I've had to babysit my daughters this week and thus the morning run has been out the window. Couple that with thunderstorms on Friday and my oldest having a night out, I decided to spend some quality time with the wife and little one. Will risk running the workout Saturday morning and only have Sunday to rest before Monday's Cotton Row. Oh well...

* Rough workout. I am definitely in a training funk right now thanks to all the travel and interruption in training over the last week or so. Sort've made myself run this workout with the mentality that the only way that I am going to get faster is to continue to work harder and have more quality in training. I was definiltey weak out there, my right gluteus medius pretty tight and weak, but I got stronger as the workout progressed. No way I could drop 73-63" right now. That's legit turnover and fitness. Very satisfied with my effort and that I completed the whole thing with such a big race in less than 72 hours.
