7 miles down Union Church with Reynolds Mill extension in 52:38
* avg. 7:20/mi.. 320ft of elevation gain. Took out my Superfeet. Much softer ride. Need to strengthen my feet. Felt good. No real issues. Some tightness in left Achilles from softer ride, but post-tibs were great. Had some right hamstring weakness which was interesting, but haven't had two days off in a row in a while. Glad I extended. Nice.

12 x "D-Loop" in 2:26, 2:21, 2:18, 2:21, 2:17, 2:15, 2:15, 2:14, 2:14, 2:13, 2:14, 2:14 (rec. 2')
* avg. 5:20/5:31/mi... heck yeah.. really committed, got out there. Survived the post-tib. Survived the dark and the rain. Super pleased with effort. Look how strong and consistent I got. Good fatigue towards the end. Very pleased.

6 miles surprisingly steady on the Rail Trail in 43:43
* avg. 7:09/mi... dang. I thought today would be a waste. But I did notice yesterday I wasn't getting sore, I wasn't tired in the legs, and so this morning was a pleasant surprise. I was rolling. And of course, I got fatigued, battled a bit, but my form is coming around and helping relieve pressure on my post-tibs.

7 miles steady at Boyd Big Trees Preserve with 942ft of gain in 48:46
* avg. 7:41/mi... Victoria had a soccer game near this preserve north of Harrisburg, so I set out to run a loop of this great park. It was great running to start, especially loved the Beige Powerline trail, but then hit some really rocky and leaf-covered trail. Still, recovered, and started running well, but my right post-tib tendonitis was making an appearance and I was upset. Would've gone an hour if I wasn't worried about tomorrow. Just not ready for long trails yet.

7 mile waste of a run down to the Rail Trail in 45:41
* avg. 7:15/mi... felt like garbage. I think my tight pajamas cut into my digestion and my stomach was 100%  full. Had no energy, nada. Not pleased. Also, was probably hyper-sensitive to yesterday's tendinitis in my right foot. Ugh.
Total
34 Miles with 1,660ft of Elevation Gain
