* Great week of work. I had strong runs and was completely rejuvenized with my iPod for my recovery runs. 2k workout went decently, as I worked hard, but still am not tremendously fast, as I had trouble dipping below 6:30 for 2k... The week ended up greatly with a tremendous long run at Huntsville to scope the course and test my strenghts... I definitely need more work, but this was a step in the right direction. The 50K will be no joke, as I was quite tired today by 90 minutes, but felt I could complete 3 hrs if not pressed. Strategy will be key.
