* Alright, finally a solid week of training that I applaud internally. It had all the elements of a sound training program, but I am beat up. I am awaiting a shipment of new shoes, which will help substantially. Plus, I have been doing a lot of concrete running, which has me tired. My workout was rough... I had no problem hitting the 2:36 pace, but the 1:40/400m jog recovery was a challenge, mechanically. Ditto with the long run... was fine for 80+ minutes, but that initial change in pace for the final 30 min charge was rough.. however, this time around my final 15 minutes were quite solid. Great pace. Need more weeks like this one.
