* Alright, I am off to a very strong start for the week in regards to training. Had an absolutely brilliant 8 x 1km workout at Zilker Park in Austin. Great sensations, great control, could have run 10-12 reps at that pace, which is a great sign. The negative, however, is in my doubles. I just do not have the fluidity or strength of feeling good on that second run. I do not know what to expect with this weekend's 10-Miler... if I can run 5:30 pace (goal Marathon pace), I will be excited. Just want to finish fluidly and mechanically sound. We shall see...
